Butterflies

Hi everyone! today I have for you Orly's Butterflies a very pretty jelly pink. I like this color what I didn't like was the 4 (regular) coats I had to put on to get it to not show the tips of my nails! Next time I will try out a neutral base color to go under it. I originally picked this up for the name but the color is so me and I feel like I could wear her anywhere! So here she is!

I didn't get bored with the color but I wanted to give something a try! So out came O.P.I. Rainbow Connection and on it went...with another coat of Orly Butterflies on top!

I really like the combo of both together and I'm glad I finally got around to trying it out!

Do you have a polish you had to get just because of the name?

Picnic on the BEACH!

Ready for the Beach Ladies? Zoya is also, with their Beach Collection. The Beach Collection is mostly cremes and one metallic. Let's get started <3

From Left to Right-Reagan, Lara, Shelby, Arizona, Tracie, Wednesday.

First up is Wednesday. Wednesday is soft aqua creme. Wednesday was two coats. Such a summery blue!

Tracie is a sea green metallic. The only metallic in the Beach collection and it doesn't get lost in the sea of creme's! It's very nice on 2 coats and it SHINES (even without top coat)!

Shelby is a soft pinky pink creme. This was three coats I found the first coat coat a bit streaky (and the third coat evened everything out). It's a lovely bubble gum pink....I could see Barbie wearing this pink every day!

Reagan is a deep cerise pink creme (cerise - a moderate red; pinkish red). This is such a lovely color that went on with one coat but to be sure of the coverage I used two.

Lara is vivid cerise pink creme. Lara just pops, this is one coat...Oh yes she won me over in one coat!!

Arizona is a soft coral orange creme. This is two coats of Arizona...which my camera decided to freak out on! If you go back to the full collection shot you will see that Arizona is more mellow orange.

I love the Beach Collection and it goes hand in hand with the Surf Collection! I know I will be reaching for this collection this summer because of the easy applications! Especially if I am in a hurry and need a bit of color on my nails! I know that I can reach for this collection or the Surf collection and get out the door quickly!
What do you think of the collection?

Surf's up!

Hey Ladies Zoya say's it's time for summer and fun in the sun! Today I have for you Zoya's Surf Collection! Beautiful Summer colors! The Surf collection is a fun in the sun bright metallic's. If you have been reading this blog for a while you might notice I love everything about Zoya-formula, colors, dry time! This collection didn't let down the Zoya name in my book. So let's get started!!!!

From left to right- Myrta, Meg, Zuza, Carly, Kimber, Rory.
First up is Carly- Carly is a thalia purple foil metallic. Carly is such a lovely color that I swooned (purple is my favorite color y'all!) when I saw her...best part is she is a one coat gal! Yes that's right you could put on your bottom coat-one coat of Carly and a top coat and be out the door! so beautiful! This color blooms in the sun!

Oh Kimber the name reminds me of Barbie's sister! and I think the color fits. Kimber is a magenta pink foil metallic. Kimber was good in two coats! Kimber has gold shimmer in it that is lovely!

Meg is a mermaid green foil metallic. Meg is a 2 coater also! Beautiful green that screams SUMMER to me!

Myrta is a coral orange foil metallic. Myrta is two coats of sunshine! This orange reminds me of a juicy orange! It's beautiful.

Rory!!!! Oh Rory is a beautiful lotus pink foil metallic! Perfect in two coats! Yes I was super excited about Rory also because it's just my kind of color!

Last but not least (especially in my book) is Zuza. Zuza is an aquamarine foil metallic. Zuza was opaque in two coats! Look at that blue! Doesn't Zuza scream water?

Zoya is spot on with these colors for summer! The formula is amazing as always with my Zoya's!  Such a great collection! I can't wait to get my summer stamps out and put stamp over some of these beauties!

Pull Me Close

Hi all! Quick post today This is China Glaze Pull Me Close...which is a blue magnetic it's very pretty it might be my favorite of the magnetic's I have because it's blue!

Purple magnetic!

Hi all today I have for you House of Parliament. This time I tried the magnets different ways...I was trying out the China Glaze magnet for it but it didn't seem to work with it to well. I did try a thicker coat thinking it needed more magnet stuff to catch it because to be honest I would love for this purple to have a star on it! So instead I tried turning the top (magnet that comes with it) sideways for something else and found I liked it! So as the directions say this has a base coat of HoP that you let dry then a thick coat of HoP then the magnet immediately!

I love the purple!
How are you feeling about magnetic's?

Magnet time!

Hello everyone! I recently got the magnet from China Glaze for Magnetic Polish so I took it out for a test run! I put on one thin coat of Nails Inc. (per instructions from here) . I then started with my pinkie with a thick coat and held the magnet over it for 15-25 seconds. Some of the nails didn't work as you might be able to tell in the pictures with some error I found out that if it doesn't work the first time try to add a bit more polish and start over with the magnet. I read (from another blogger) if you blow slightly on your nail it will stop the magnet from spreading back out...and that did help!

With a little more practice I think I will get the hang of this!
I did show you the instructions for Nails Inc. and those work great last time I tired it with the magnet it came with. This time how ever was me winging it! I will try next time I do magnetic polish doing it the way China Glaze instructs.
I now have 3 magnetic colors Trafalgar Square- steal , House of Parliament- purple, and (China Glaze) Pull Me Close- metallic blue..all are very pretty!

What is your favorite magnetic polish right now?
