Zoya Satin's Collection

Hi everyone today I have for you Zoya's Satin Collection that was sent to me for review. These are perfect for fall all of them except for Maria Luisa are 2 coats. Lets get started shall we!

Channing is a rusty or coppery red metallic. This definitely reminds me of fall leaves.  I can see pulling on a snuggly sweater and wearing Channing this fall.

Claudine is a dark meteorite gray metallic. Claudine is a pretty color but I feel it looks a tad boring on me. I just do think maybe it needs a stamp or something for me to wear.

Giovanna is an emerald green metallic that just wowed me from the bottle and didn't disappoint once it was on my nails. In the second picture of Giovanna it looks like I have visible nail line but I couldn't see it at all in real life. Look at that Giovanna it's perfect for maybe a mermaid's nails for Halloween. ^_^

Mason is a red violet metallic. I like this and can see it worn in the summer time also. Bright but not to bright to say you can't wear it in fall.

Neve is a sapphire blue metallic. Neve is very pretty and has this purple and blue shimmer in it that looks amazing! When I first looked at Neve in the bottle I thought it was more indigo (between purple and blue) then straight blue...and you can't really tell from pictures because my camera can't 100% capture blues and purple perfectly but it's a bit more purple in real life but definitely a blue.

Maria Luisa is a gold "cellophane" topper. Maria Luisa is great and I wanted to show you it to you all alone and on different colors. Maria Luisa is very pretty and when you are in the mood to make a mani have a little bling it's prefect.

I like the Satin collection it's very versatile the colors can be worn Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter in my opinion. I really love the shimmer that is in all of these it makes the color shine and shimmer in the sun. I can't wait to wear these for fall.

Review of China Glaze Autumn Nights

Hey everybody:) Today I reviewing Scandalous Shenanigans and Tongue & Chic from China Glaze's Autumn Nights Collection (they sent me these for review). These two colors are deep fall colors and go on in one coat. They both have a shimmer to them and are just perfect for the cooler weather that is soon to be here.

Scandalous Shenanigans, I love the name of this polish and the color is a awesome deep blue. One thing I did notice is that the shimmer in the polish almost made the polish look a little streaky. And with all dark colors please use a base coat, this polish is sure to leave a stain. Not sure if I would use this color as my mani color but this is a great color to have on my toes for that transition weather.  Here is Scandalous Shenanigans.

Tongue & Chic is a emerald shimmer polish that went on me like a deep forest green. I really liked this color (even though I'm not a green person) and that should say a lot! I liked how deep the color came out and the shimmer in the sun. This polish had a major stain issue, base coat please! Here is Tongue & Chic.

So overall these two are pretty great for fall, wonderful deep colors with a hint of shimmer. Just watch out of the staining that might come along with them. Leave me a comment and tell me if you have tried these and tell me what you think.

Owl Nail Art

Hey everybody:) Today I have some super cute nail art .... Owls! I know that everybody and their grandma's have done these, but I wanted to wait until autumn rolled around to try this cute nail art:) I used a ton of Zoya polish for this, I wanted all the owls to be different colors so it really took a little bit of time to complete but I think they were worth it. Here are my pictures:)

I just love these cute owls:) I think one would be great as an accent nail or just do your whole mani owls! Leave me a comment and tell me what you think of these owls, maybe which one is your favorite. Just wanted to share this last picture of how I really wore this mani ♥ .

Ruby Wing Sweet Cream and Chocolate Mousse Review

Hey everybody:) Today I have two polishes from the Ruby Wing Collection Cupcakes and Champagne, they sent me these for review. As you know all of Ruby Wing nail polishes change color in the sun so you have two looks in one bottle, pretty cool!

Sweet Cream is a scented color changing polish that goes from a cream iridescent to a dark purple/mauve iridescent. My first thought of this polish was it looks kind of plain and not something that has a wow factor, boy was I wrong! This polish goes on opaque so you have a cream iridescent polish look inside (really pretty). As soon as you go outside the polish gets to work changing colors into a really dark purple/mauve, best part you still have the iridescent shimmer! I think this would be great for that person that works in a office and can't wear dark (or crazy) colors to work, you could have your cupcake and eat it too!

outside sunshine

Chocolate Mousse is a scented color changing polish with iridescent shards that goes from a light tan to a DARK brown. Okay I'm not a fan of this polish, actually I love this polish inside but as soon as I stepped out into the sun it was YUCK!!! Inside Chocolate Mousse is a great polish, it looks like you have tiny mirrors on your nails... I love that!! The first time I went out with this polish on my nails all I could think was I stuck my nails in chocolate, it looks lumpy and nasty...get this off! This polish missed the mark for me:(

inside light, pretty mirrors!

outside sunshine, yuck!

Color Club East Austin and The Uptown

Hey everybody! Today I have two new Color Club polishes from the Girl About Town Collection to share with y'all. They sent me these for review.
First I want to say that I'm sorry I haven't been blogging lately, my kids went back to school and this year it has been a little hectic. But I'm super happy to be back and can't wait to share these two polishes with y'all!

East Austin is a peach color almost a neon. I love this color! It goes on smooth and I don't have to use a white as a base to get that pop of color like you do with some neon polishes. Now I know it is the end of summer and most of y'all don't want to see any more bright colors and are just ready for a change, but this color is a must have for me! I love summer and am really sad to see it go, so I want to hang on as long as I can and this polish helps!

The Uptown.... This was the polish I feel in love with as soon as I opened the box. But :( I don't think it lived up to its amazing look in the bottle. The Uptown is a flakie polish with a purple base. Here is a bottle shot.

Amazing right! Okay first I thought it would have a black base, wrong! Second I thought it would look like the bottle on my nails, wrong! With the purple base it looks nothing like the bottle on my nails. Maybe I needed to add more coats of polish, wrong! Nothing seemed to give me that look as the polish in the bottle...BOO!

outside, see that purple!

In the shade outside, this is the most holo I could get :(

Check out all the Color Club products HERE. I have two Ruby Wing Polishes to review next, see y'all soon!

A little Pepper for Louise the Sailor ^_^ from Zoya!

Hi all I'm back with the rest of the Cashmere collection from Zoya that I was sent to review. I'm so sorry it took me so long to finish this up. Well here I am back and ready to go so lets get started.

Louise is a dark chocolate brown that reminds me of Hershey kisses (YUM!). This is two coats of Louise and I wasn't sure I would like it because I tend to stay away from certain colors one being brown, but this one I liked so much I stamped it on the second day so I could keep wearing it instead of picking a new color to wear...^_^

Pepper is a brick red cream this went on in two coats. I really don't care for this color. It's nice but just not for me or my skin tone in my opinion.

This is Sailor. Sailor is a dark navy that went on in two coats. I really liked this color and can see it with some white stripes, but I didn't have time when I wore it to stripe it up next time though.

And there you have it! My pick out of these three has to be Louise with Sailor coming in a close second. For me personally I can live without Pepper but I am sure other ladies will love it.
