Step 1:
Paint a white base coat, I used Zoya Snow White. After a minute I put on Seche Vite fast drying top coat, this for me helps with not pulling the polish up when I pull off the tape.
Step 2:
This picture shows the tape of a mani that I didn't like :( |
Paint, this is the part some people hate. You have to be really careful and paint between the lines. I did my Maybelline Sunset Prisms first and then painted Milani Pool Party. As you can see in the picture I skipped a section, I just wanted this big whit strip at the bottom. And yes it is a little messy but it is worth it:)
Step 4:
Remove your tape. Be careful, I used a tweezers and pulled from one side to the other.
Step 5:
Step five is really just clean up and top coat and your done! I added a gold stripe in the middle of this mani ♥
Here are the final pictures of this taped mani:)
So what do y'all think??? I love this, I'm so ready for warmer weather (warmer not hot!) Leave me a comment and tell me what you think:)
Happy Polishing Everybody!
Love,
~Anne~

DeleteLove that you did a tute for this, I am always too scared to do a multi striped mani because I think I'll stuff it up, but I do have striping tape so I will give it a go. Love the colours you went with!
