Zeus

Hi everyone...Ready for this? This is Hits Zeus. I started with one coat of black and then put Zeus on top of it. I couldn't fully capture Zeus outside (first picture) so I did take one inside with a flash (second picture).

I truly wear any color I want at any time of the year...granted I do like bright colors more in the Summer and darker colors in the Winter but every now and again I get the feeling for something dark for summer...

Do you tend to stick to specific colors for seasons or do you wear what you want?

Take me to the beach! Nail Art Wednesday

Hi everyone today I have for you my play day! I was coming up with a fade to wear and I have been practicing my nail art...so a day at the beach...

So first up is the one I liked the most except for the white. I still have a heavy hand when it comes to some stuff and it just doesn't work but the white is supposed to be light fluffy clouds..and if you look close to my ring finger (second from the right) you will see I added a sail boat ^_^

So after the clouds didn't work I tried out another way starting with blue and ending with orange I like how this turned out because to me this was more of a sun coming up instead of going down ^_^

I have to say the fade is pretty easy to do the first manicure I did I had only 3 colors plus black and white...the second manicure I had 4 colors plus black and white. Some practice has gone into me painting with a striping brush. I did have fun making these I always love to see an idea come together!
What is your favorite summer manicure? What are you wearing the most of neon, or bright colors?

Zoya Diva Collection

Hi all today I have for you Zoya's Diva collection! So many pretties to show you I think everyone will be able to find a favorite! Let's get started

Daul (2 coats) is violet with metallic "sparkle"...Daul has a way of shifting from violet to the sparkle color which is a rustic gold to me. Very beautiful !

Elisa (2 coats) is a crimson red metallic...when I saw this I knew I had a few "red polish lover friends" out there and I described this as old Hollywood glam with spunk!

FeiFei (2 coats) is a blue foil with metallic "sparkle"...just like Daul FeiFei tends to shift in certain lights but FeiFei has a few different colors of glitter or "sparkle" in the base.

Ray (2 coats) is pine green. Lovely color I have a few dark greens in my collection made by Zoya and I think this one is probably in my top 5 of how easily it applied and how pretty it is!

Song (one coat) is an Egyptian blue with metallic "subtle sparkle". Ladies I have to say I saw this blue and even in low lighting it stood out!

Suri (2 coats) is a royal purple metallic! Purple has been my favorite color since I can remember (before starting school) so I have a thing with purple polishes and this one doesn't disappoint in any area it's full of shine, and color and it's simply beautiful!

I love the Diva Collection I don't know how many times I can say it or how many ways! The colors are bright (but not to bright for fall) and funky. I can't wait to wear these again!
What do you think? Do you have a favorite of Zoya's fall collections?

Nail Art Wednesday......Taped Up

Hey everybody:) Today I have a super easy nail art tape mani for y'all. First off I have to share this with you... I won a Milani summer gift set that was worth $800, okay take a second to digest that...... that's right think all the pretty nail polish and tons more. I will put up a picture at the end of this post:)

On with today's mani:) I went out with my kids the other day and put on a quick coat of Milani Violet Dash, this polish is a one coat polish that is super pretty ♥ . As I was out running around like my head was cut off, I looked down at my mani and thought this needs a little something. So when I got home I looked through the new polishes I had and didn't really see the color I wanted :( But I have a small box on my work desk of polish that haven't been swatched and...you guessed it I found the perfect match, Pop Beauty 63 Mint Magic. These two polishes together are just beautiful ♥.

So here is what I did.....   On all my nails except the ring finger I put on a base of Mint Magic. Let that dry and just to be sure everything would be dry I added a top coat of Seche Vite. Then dug in my drawers and found my nail tape, if you don't have any go to ebay and find some its super cheap. I taped a cross on the top left of my nail and the painted over it with Milani Violet Dash (did the opposite on the ring finger). Super Easy Right!!!! Top coat and you are done:)
Here are the pictures:)

What do y'all think???? I love it and just think its a great combo:) And as I promised here is the picture of the Milani prize I won ( sorry its not the best), it took up most of my table, I had to stand on a chair!

Happy Polishing Everyone!
Love,
~Anne~
