31 Days of October.... The Claws are Out!

Hey everybody:) Today I have a claw inspired mani to share with y'all. I know that you've seen claw nails everywhere and really can't bring yourself to try them, well I have the solution for you... claw nails without the claws! I'd seen this look on my news feed in FB for a while and thought that this might be a awesome Halloween look, and would be less dangerous!
I started out by taping my nails into a point and painting Zoya Raven (black) in the middle, after pulling tape and drying I applied a natural color to either side of the black; for me that was Zoya Spencer. Here is my The Claws are Out mani!

Copycat Nail Art

Hey everybody:) Today I have some nail art for y'all that I originally found on Pinterest, this nail art is a Copycat from la_manisera on Instagram. I just fell in love with the design and colors and had to give it a try:) 
I started off with all my "base colors" , the pink is China Glaze Flip Flop Fantasy, Zoya Chanelle (taupe), Zoya SnowWhite and  Raven. After they had time to fully dry I did the top coats, leopard print and stripes also the dots (I used Salon Perfect Gold Leaf). After they all had time to dry again I used a matte top coat and BAM instant awesome mani!

I just love this mani and got tons of compliments from everybody that saw it! Leave me a comment and tell me what you think.

Owl Nail Art

Hey everybody:) Today I have some super cute nail art .... Owls! I know that everybody and their grandma's have done these, but I wanted to wait until autumn rolled around to try this cute nail art:) I used a ton of Zoya polish for this, I wanted all the owls to be different colors so it really took a little bit of time to complete but I think they were worth it. Here are my pictures:)

Facebook Follower ....... Fan Brush Mani

Hey everybody:) Today I have a fan brush mani for y'all. Yesterday I asked our followers on Facebook what they wanted to see, and you get what you ask for here (for the most part anyway, lol) "Fan Brush Mani" for my Facebook followers!
I wanted to do something bright and pretty and started out thinking green would be nice and tried it out and... YUCK! It turned out so bad that I only did one finger. But lucky for y'all I was eating strawberry Nerds from Easter and loved the pink and white on the box.
I started out with a white base of Zoya Snow White, used Zoya Ali next... all I did was dipped my fan brush in the polish and with a light hand brushed from one side of my nail to the other. After that I topped it off with a light brush of Zoya Raven, this to me really brought the mani together. So here is my fan brush mani for y'all, I hope you love it as much as I do♥.

Snoopy ♥'s Woodstock

Hey everybody:) Today I have a mani inspired by my hubby, he loves the Peanuts so I did this mani for him and Valentine's Day. I did all the work free hand and yes it took forever, lol. Here are the pictures:)

Water Spotted Nails

Hey everybody:) Sorry I haven't posted in a while, but I have been working on some great nail art ideas for y'all:) Today I have a water spotted look that is super easy. My friend Nailderella shared this look with me and I loved it ♥
I first want to share a new polish (for me) with y'all. I found this at my local Marshall's, Material Girl Polish in Harlequin. This polish was beautiful and the price was right at 2.99 a bottle :)

After my base polish was dry I broke out my water marble stuff and went to work. First I need a small bottle for spraying (some people are using a hand sanitizer sprayer) and filled it with nail polish remover. Next I took my glass like I was going to water marble and did my bulls eye (3 drops of polish) with Zoya'a Raven and then sprayed my remover on top of the bulls eye. When you spray you get this really cool spotted look now all you have to do is dip you finger and then clean up. I love this look :) Here are the pictures with Harlequin and Raven.

So what do y'all think of this look??? I really like it and I'm going to try it with brighter colors for the base color.

13 Days of Halloween.... Day 11 Purple Swirl

Hey everybody:) Today I have another water marble inspired by Halloween for y'all.... just cause I know how much y'all love water marbles:) For this marble I had to get a little creative... I used a silver base and tried to marble with clear but it wasn't working the way I wanted it too, so then I tried a almost opaque polish and it worked perfect. I wanted the silver to shine through, and it did!! Here are the pictures!

I love these colors together for a Halloween mani:) Let me know what y'all think of this mani and if you might try this look for Halloween.

13 Days of Halloween....Day 5 Zombies

Hey everybody:) Today I have Zombies for y'all. Now the first time my son saw these he said in his zombie voice "BRAINS". So I guess he liked them.
I used a ton of colors, starting off with a base of Zoya Evvie....the other colors are Zoya Rekha, Milani Tip Toe Pink, Zoya Raven and Snow White. I know that sounds like a lot but I used a dot of each just to do the zombie face. Here are the great pictures:)

Now these Zombie look like they have been through the zombie apocalypse and are still looking for BRAINS!!!! Just too much fun!!! What do y'all think???? I defiantly think that everybody can pull of zombies for Halloween! BRAINS!!!!!!

13 Days of Halloween....Day 3 Sugar Skulls

Hey everybody:) Today I have a mani inspired by the Mexican holiday "Day of the Dead" and the sugar skulls they use to honor their departed love ones. I started off with a base coat of Zoya Snow White and used Zoya Raven, Robyn and China Glaze Liquid Crystal for the details. Here are the great pictures:)

Nail Art Wednesday......Sunflowers

Hey everybody:) As I was driving over to visit my mom the other day I saw sunflowers that were taller than me and just super beautiful. Well that really puts me in the mood for Autumn and wishing it would be cooler, can't you just see the leaves on the trees changing and smell the season change. So as soon as I got home I started on this really easy nail art for y'all.
I started off with Sinful colors Cinderella, which was the perfect base and looked like the sky that day:) I took my nail bushes out next along with Milani's nail art Yellow Design for the golden yellow petals on the flower. I did use Sally Hansen Emerald City for the leaves. After letting that dry for a few minutes I dotted Finger Paints Haute Taupe for the middle, well I wanted a darker center so I took my small #1 dotter and Zoya Raven and made a few dots to darken the center of the flower up. Okay here are the pictures :)

So what do y'all think??? I just love sunflowers and the way they follow the sun through out the day....and they really put me in the fall mood:)

Nail Art Wednesday.....Argyle Nails

Hey everybody:)  I have to say I'm over this summer.... the heat, humidity, and everything else that goes along with summer! It needs to get cool here fast (ha! that's a joke cause it takes forever to change seasons here in Ga) cause I'm ready for Fall! We have the football season coming up, so with that in mind I chose to do Argyle nails for today's post. These were fairly simple nails to do... not to much time, a little tape and a steady hand is all you need for these Argyle Nails:)

I have a love for watermelon that is growing bigger everyday, the other night my hubby made me a watermelon margarita...YUM!
