NOTD

Hey guys...so just a quick post for today. I'm wearing O.P.I. I Eat Mainley Lobster is such a pretty color that I just got recently even though it was a last year (fall 2011) release. I thought it was a great summer color the coral with shimmer was AMAZING! Here it is!

I thought this was a bit out of my comfort zone color for me so I decided to kick it up with a favorite Konad M60.

Well I enjoyed wearing this! I really liked the stamp also it reminds me of what nail decals are doing right now  with all kinds of patterns..
Do you have a favorite stamp you might want to see?

Up All Night

Today is My Mom's birthday so I asked her a bit ago what she thought of my ideas for Christmas Manicures and she came up with today's combo! So Happy Birthday to my Mom <3. Today I'm showing China Glaze Up All Night (two thin coats and it was perfect!)  I love this blue! It's shiny and glows..but inside it is more blackened with blue shimmer...yes it's that dark of a blue!

I then took out my konad plates because my Mom wanted a snowflake! M57 plate has 2 snowflakes! I took out my Konad special polish in silver just to give it a try because I had problems with it showing up! BAM! it worked but I also put on some spectra-flair top coat snowflakes but with the Konad special top coat it just brushed it away v_v but it's ok because it looked really good (you can't see from the pictures but there was a sparkle of holo on the other side of the snowflake that was so pretty!)

I'm off to Michigan tomorrow! Going to spend some awesome time with family ^_^

What do you think?  What are you doing this holiday season?

Bring on the Funk!

Good Morning Ladies I know I haven't posted in a week (well I did take pictures) but I have just been in a mini funk with polish and this post will show it! Some times I just need to wear black I love the look (no matter my mood). So when I first saw this on some blogs I knew I needed it but it's a matte polish and we all know how matte polish wears...chips quickly right? So when Amber suggested using a top coat between layers of polish..I had to try it. I did base coat, polish, polish, top coat, polish and it stayed for 2 freaking days and then I put a top coat over it and then the next day Konaded it! Ok yea this mani lasted for 4 freaking days which is saying something! (thanks so much Amber for letting us know of the matte trick). This is Zoya's Dovima Matte which is simply BEAUTIFUL it has a wonderful shimmer in it that you can see in the sunny pictures! Here are the Matte Pictures!

Here I added a top coat you really can see the shimmer here.

On the forth day there was Konading! I used ip M57 with Sally Hansen Chrome Nail Makeup in Aqua Chrome (this is an old polish that I'm pretty sure is very hard to find).

I wasn't completely sure that I would like this manicure with the konading because I have this little thing that I don't usually put blue and black together...but I love the look of Dovima all glossed up with a bit of wham from the konad! I'll be editing more pictures this weekend that I have taken since my funk ...also Ladies if you check out the tabs we have added some info on Konading...this is just a few things that I do/use when I konad...I'm also hoping to make a quick tutorial soon of the technique I use to make the fade look what do you Ladies think would you want to see something like that??

So Ladies let me know what do you do to your nails when you are in a funk?

I'll go first I usually wear darker colors or let my nails go naked (which for the past 3 days they haven't had anything on them v_v)! Ok until next time Ladies enjoy your DAY! ^_^

Wicked Sweet!

Today I have for you wonderful ladies Color Club Wicked Sweet from the Wicked Sweet Collection that I won from the St. Patrick's Day Contest that I entered on Color Clubs facebook page! Wicked Sweet is a very nice blue with blue flash that to me smells like blue fruit roll-ups (it has a really SWEET smell that is almost to much)! My pictures are 3 coats of Wicked Sweet, top coat, then I tapped half the nail and put on my loved silver from Finger Paints "Easel Come, Easel Go!", and I couldn't stop there I popped some tape back on and decided to play with my M57 plate...Here are the pictures!

See here it is one of the thoughts running through my head for a few days now my index is how I pictured it nice and shiny. My middle finger I put China Glaze Matte Magic because I just wanted to see how it looked. Ring finger has my konad blue special polish stamped with because I wanted to see how close it was to Wicked Sweet and it's pretty darn close that I would so wear this again! My pinkie has my konad purple special polish which I just put on because I just wanted to play with it I guess.

I have a few more things I will be trying out with this collection probably spread out in the next week and a half since I'm in the mood for summer and the colors in this collection scream summer (and spring) to me!

Tell me what do you think I'd love to hear feed back and know your thoughts!
Until next time ladies enjoy the rest of your day!

Tiffany

Zoya makes such great colors that I sometimes forget I have others. Now Tiffany is no where near my comfort zone in a color I would wear which coming from me is pretty funny...since I love neon purples and blues! I don't know but when I went for the color I was thinking that I need something that isn't purple, blue...This pink-ish peach color actually had my attention more the then popular Crystal from the same collection (flame). Here are the pictures!
Day 1, 3 coats of Zoya Tiffany. Day 2, I stamped it using Konad special black polish on ip 73 my favorite stamp by the way. Day 3, I added the black tips with wet 'n wild black..I have been seeing this on a few different nail polish blogs and can't say I liked it 100% but after trying it out myself I was sold on the idea! I like it a lot and think this just might be my Valentine manicure..
So what do you think of Tiffany?
Until next time enjoy polishing!
