Hi ya! For your viewing pleasure I have Barielle Decadence today <3 I won this in a giveaway awhile back from Candy Coated Tips! I was so excited to try it out...This is 2 coats of polish without a top coat because today was the day I was going to try a look out!
So I borrowed Milani Teal (from the Jewel Fx collection) from Anne after I saw she had it because I thought it would be perfect for mermaid effect that I wanted!...this is two coats of Teal.
I am still on the fence if I like this or not.. I don't think the pictures do it justice that's for sure because it really did shine like fish scales.
What do you think?
