ElectroPop (picture HEAVY)

Hey Y'all! Today I have for you five colors from China Glaze's ElectroPop Collection!

First up is Kinetic Candy a bright sky blue creme that was almost opaque in 1 coat! Yes that is right almost wearable in one coat...but I put on 2 just to be on the safe side. I have to tell you I'm so use to 3 thin coats and this beautiful baby to be in done in almost one was happy dance time for me! It wasn't a thick coat of polish either...China Glaze hit the formula for this out of the park with WIN!
(first picture is direct sun, the second and third are in shade)

Gaga for Green is such a wonderful spring grass green color! It was a little on the thin side for more but very buildable. This is 3 thin coats.
(all taken in direct sun)

OH Sweet Hook how pretty is she! A light purple creme that was also almost opaque in one coat! Oh yea that's right another one that was just two thin coats! I can't say enough how much I love this purple it's beautiful and perfect for spring!
(first picture is shaded sun and the second and third are direct sun)

Wicked Style a bright raspberry pink (a bit brighter then what my pictures show) creme. This is three coats of Wicked style...I would have probably gotten away with 2 but I could see my nail line a little and I had to put another coat on.
(first and second picture are direct sun, third picture is in shade)

Techno I have described it as Fairy Dust's big brother because that is exactly what it reminds me of! Techno is small holographic hex glitter with small holographic glitter in a clear base this is 3 coats.

I said picture HEAVY didn't I? Let's have a look at Techno over some of these other beauties!
Instead of shaking up techno since it's pretty much glitter I stirred it around with the polish brush.

Kinetic Candy with one coat on my index finger and two on the others.

Gaga for Green has one coat on my index finger that I patted the glitter on (I found this helps get the larger hex glitter on easier) and the rest of my nails have two coats.

Sweet hook is two coats on my middle, ring and pinkie finger my index has a heavy  coat (one) patted on (patted on so I could get the glitter off the brush)

Wicked Style has one coat on the index patted on and the rest are two coats.

So what do you think you will be picking up when these come out?

ElectroPop will be available February 2012. Individual shades retail for $7; 6 piece collections retail for $42.

Glitter for Everyone:)

Hey everybody:) Today I have a quick post about two China Glaze's I picked up from Sally's the other day (they were super cheap!) First one I have for y'all is CG in The City. This polish has a purple under tone and a lavender glitter everywhere ♥ This polish is from China Glaze's Fall 2011 collection, and I was super lucky to find it at Sally's:)  This was super hard to get any good pictures of... so you will notice that it may look like a different polish in each picture. So here are some pictures for you.

Next I have for you is Skyscraper ♥ . This polish is a BLUE Glitter BOMB!!!! And super pretty on, I had to wear it to work the next day and show it off:) Blue Glitter.... what else do you need??? Nothing!!!! I saw this one in the store and it was like it was calling my name....Anne (in soft whispers) you know you need me, please take me home!) LOL. So here are the pictures ♥

So that's all the news that was fit to print today:) Have y'all ever went to the store for one thing and come out with polish instead??? If so do you remember what you needed when you got home, when it was to late? Ha!
Happy Polishing Everyone:)
Love,
~Anne~

GLAM

China Glaze put out the Tronica collection last year and I know it was a disappointment to some but I actually like them! We all know they aren't as holographic as some polishes but they are still very pretty! I used 3 thin coats of GG and then stamped it with Bundle Monster plate 209 with KleanColor Metallic Purple.

I hope you enjoyed this post! I hope everyone has a wonderful week!
