13 Days Of Halloween.... Happy Halloween!

Hey everybody, Happy Halloween!!! Hope y'all are having a great Halloween:) Today I have something special for y'all, The Nightmare Before Christmas! I LOVE this movie and wanted to share that love with y'all today on this All Hallows' Eve.
When I deiced to do this mani it really was a undertaking. First I had to look up pictures from the movie and then making sure I had all the colors I needed for the mani. Next I drew out a sketch of what I wanted and where the placement should be, I'm tired just thinking about it all. This was all hand done so it took quite a while (a couple of hours, from start to finish) with all the dry time that I needed.
I hope you love "The Nightmare Before Christmas" mani as much as I do, here are the pictures!

I hope y'all have a Happy and Safe Halloween! Let me know what y'all think of this mani!

Happy Halloween & Polishing Everyone!
Love,
~Anne~

13 Days of Halloween.... Day 12 Mummies

Hey everybody:) Today I have a super awesome water marble to share with y'all.... Mummies! Now I first saw this over on Colette's YouTube page, SimpleLittlePleasures . Check it out cause she is the reason I love to water marble:)
First I want to show you the water marble alone and just how beautiful it really is by itself. Here are my pictures:)

After that had time to dry, I painted on the mummy eyes. I did my eyes near the tips of my nails, but you can put them just about anywhere on the nail you want.

These are super cute!!!! I love that they just scream Halloween!!!! Are you planning on dressing up this year, if so what are you going as???

13 Days of Halloween.... Day 11 Purple Swirl

Hey everybody:) Today I have another water marble inspired by Halloween for y'all.... just cause I know how much y'all love water marbles:) For this marble I had to get a little creative... I used a silver base and tried to marble with clear but it wasn't working the way I wanted it too, so then I tried a almost opaque polish and it worked perfect. I wanted the silver to shine through, and it did!! Here are the pictures!

I love these colors together for a Halloween mani:) Let me know what y'all think of this mani and if you might try this look for Halloween.

Happy Polishing Everybody!

~Anne~

13 Day's of Halloween.... Day 10 Ghosts

Hey everybody:) Today I have a mani inspired by some of my kids old school crafts....ghosts! I was going through some old papers the other day and came across a old school picture my son created for me. It was little ghost done with finger prints....hmmm, this really got me thinking; I can do this for a mani! I got to work and started off with black then matted it, after that dried I took my pinkie and dipped it in white and pressed it onto my nails. And because it's Halloween I made it glow with a little glow polish, dotted the eyes and mouth ....DONE! super easy and really cute! Here are my ghostly pictures:)

And you know I like it when it glows!!!

So tell me what y'all think of these ghostly prints:) I think they turned out really cute!

13 Days of Halloween.... Day 9 Water Marble #2

Hey everybody:) I hope you are enjoying our 13 days of Halloween as much as I am. Today I have a water marble that just has all the right colors for this Halloween! Here are the pictures.

As you can tell I didn't use a true purple on this marble, or did I? Well while doing this marble (the green is a base coat and the purple and black are marbled along with clear) it was hard to distinguish a dark purple from black and they kept running together, so I opted for a medium purple which spread into a plummy purple color. I love it ♥
Tell me what you think of this Halloween water marble.

13 Days of Halloween.... Day 6 Bloody Nails

Hey everybody:) Welcome to day 6 of our 13 days of Halloween! Today I have for y'all a look that I've seen everywhere this season and wanted to share my version of "The Bloody Nails".  This mani is great for those people dressing up for Halloween as something that might have gotten their "claws" into something;) I started off with a base coat of a natural polish and then used a dark red to drop the blood down. Now you're asking your self how to do the blood drops, well its easy. All I did was take the tip of the brush along the top of my nail and let the polish drip down, some of them needed a little help so I used a tooth pick to help draw the polish down. Here are my pictures:)

What do y'all think of these "Bloody Nails"?? I love the look but might try it with natural nails (no base coat) next time.

Happy Polishing Everybody!

~Anne~

13 Days of Halloween....Day 5 Zombies

Hey everybody:) Today I have Zombies for y'all. Now the first time my son saw these he said in his zombie voice "BRAINS". So I guess he liked them.
I used a ton of colors, starting off with a base of Zoya Evvie....the other colors are Zoya Rekha, Milani Tip Toe Pink, Zoya Raven and Snow White. I know that sounds like a lot but I used a dot of each just to do the zombie face. Here are the great pictures:)

Now these Zombie look like they have been through the zombie apocalypse and are still looking for BRAINS!!!! Just too much fun!!! What do y'all think???? I defiantly think that everybody can pull of zombies for Halloween! BRAINS!!!!!!

Happy Polishing Everyone!

13 Days of Halloween... Day 4 Flakie Matte

Hey everybody:) Today for day 4 of our 13 days of Halloween I have a really easy look for all those folks out there that don't have an artistic bone in their body. This is one of the easiest Halloween looks ever and all you really need is a matte top coat! Here is what I did for my look..... I started off with a black base coat, then I topped that with a flakie top coat, and after letting that dry completely I used a matte top coat (twice).
EASY right! Here are the pictures:)

In this one you can really see the matte top coat!

Love this look ♥ What an easy way to go out on Halloween and have a great looking mani ♥ What do y'all think of this mani??

Happy Polishing Everybody!
